Returns of unused (original tagging still attached), undamaged merchandise must be accompanied by original packaging materials. For a full refund, a refund form must be electronically submitted to us within 10 days of documented delivery of items for approval and items must be received by World’s Window with a copy of the refund form and the original receipt* within 15 days of documented delivery.
Refunds take up to 30 business days. The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original form of payment. If you made your purchase with a credit card, World’s Window will refund the charge and the credit should reflect on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you made your purchase with an eGift Card, the refund amount will be issued on an eGift Card. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you do not have the original receipt, the refund form must be completely filled out and submitted as above for approval. Returns without the original receipt will be refunded at the lowest selling price in the form of eGift Card credit.
An e-Gift Card will be issued for approved returns when a refund form is submitted to us within 11 – 30 days of documented delivery and the items are received within 35 days, providing the merchandise also meets the requirements stated above for returns and exchanges. All applicable shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded. Please carefully package the merchandise to be returned and enclose the original receipt* along with the refund form .

Exchanges of unused (original tagging still attached), undamaged merchandise must be accompanied by original packaging materials. If you would like to make an exchange, we suggest you first call us at 816-361-2500 to determine if your requested exchange is in stock so it can be placed on hold for you. Please carefully package the items you're returning and enclose the original receipt* along with the exchange form. If it is an equal exchange, there will not be any credit card transaction recorded. If there is a difference in the cost, your credit card statement will reflect either a credit or a charge as is appropriate. With shipping, a typical turnaround for exchanges is about three weeks, but may be longer during peak holiday periods.
*Please be sure to save a copy of the original receipt for your records.
Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled by contacting World’s Window at 816-361-2500. If the order has already been shipped, the customer is responsible for making an accurate and correct return. Shipping costs for the initial delivery will not be refunded.
